Think of these as a small portfolio of POTDs with a single theme: the international Vegas- like night- for- day free- for- all that has become Times Square at night. Families with small children, white, black, Asian, comfortable, homeless, happy, sad. As Raymond Chandler would say, cheap grifters and solid citizens mingle together under the neon.
